This cute little flower pin was a gift from a fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator and friend Deb Valder.  I couldn't resist showing it to you and can't wait to show you how to make these quick and easy little pins.   Just think how your best friend will feel when she receives this cute gift bag filled with a special flower pin made personally by you!  Click here to see details of this Big Shot class coming up on Thursday, October 21, 6:30 PM.   You don't need to own a big shot to enjoy this class!

Each Month I  hand stamp a card and
send
it to the Top Ten Demonstrators in sales in my Definitely Diva Stampers
group.  I wanted to share those who made this achievement and also the
card I sent to them.

Swapping on cruise is much different than swapping at other events.  At convention it looks like the floor of wall street with cards held in the air, swapping back and forth and complete excitement and even a bit of chaos.  Conventions swaps take days to complete the 100 – 200 cards you swap (and some demo's may even make hundreds more).  For cruise you only have to make one swap – visit the hospitality room and drop it into the share basket.  The great part is while you are on the ship you get to see all the cards that have been dropped of, as Stampin' Up! puts them on display.

Here is my Southern Caribbean 2010 swap!

The Designer Series Paper "Island Oasis" is the new paper from the Summer Mini Catalog.  The texture was created with the Big Shot Square Lattice Folder.  Your mini catalog should be arriving any day, if you have not received your copy just drop me an email and I will be happy to get one out to you!

We set sail today.  I can't thank you all enough for your continued support of my business.  This is the 8th incentive trip I have earned through Stampin' Up!  We are treated like royalty and every moment is precious.

It is always so exciting for me to plan and host a special night for my $500 club members.  Last week we made these projects at our Hugs & Kisses night, using the Hugs & Kisses notes along with glassine envelopes that are in the Occasions Mini.  Don't forget you have less than 2 weeks to order from the Occasions Mini don't miss your favorite stamp set or product.

At my 500 club events I have a $25 board… for every $25 they purchase their name goes into a drawing and we filled the board at the last event.  Vickie Schlosser was the lucky winner of $75 in free product of her choice.  Congratulations VIckie!

What is a 500 Club?

When you host a $500 workshop or more with me you become an exclusive
member of the 500 Club for the next year.  During the year 500 Club
members enjoy special events just for them with special offers, prizes
and make & takes.

I would love for you to be part of this exclusive group.  Book a workshop and we will work together to make it a $500 Party! Besides being in the 500 Club you also earn lots of wonderful free products!  Hugs & Kisses to everyone!

Hope you had a wonderful Easter.  Many of you are probably off to jobs you aren't so happy to go to today. While it is a blessing to have a job, wouldn't it be wonderful to LOVE your job!  Being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is one of the most rewarding "jobs" I have ever had.   I never grow tired of seeing the joy in peoples faces the first time they create a card.

Growing my business is very important to me as I love being able to share what I love and hope it never ends.  One of the best ways for me to build my business is having stamping friends/customers join my team of Demonstrators.  It is like a family and often times I feel like a Mom, always wanting them to succeed and loving each one differently but the same.  Watching them grow their own business and seeing them reach their goals is another great joy.

A special bonus as an "upline" that is my official title is getting hand stamped cards from my team members.  I thought it would be fun to start to share them once in a while.  This card was sent to me by my downline Julie Rutter.  She cased the card from Gretchen Barron.  Blue is one of my favorite colors and this card sits proudly on my desk.

My favorite event to hold is a workshop.  Seeing old friends, making new and the hostess earns free stamps! My greatest joy is sharing my passion for Stampin' Up! and watching those who have created card get excited about a simple new technique and the joy in someones eyes as they create their first card.

Here are my make & take projects for November.  Most of you know that most of my work is inspired by other demos and these two cards are no exception.  If you are interested in purchasing any of the supplies to create these projects just drop me an email and I will be happy to help you make out your wish list.
