09-09 Inspriation Club copy

Here are the projects we made at the September Inspiration Club Class. This class featured one of my new favorite stamp sets For All You Do!  The set and Ideas for this class where all part of our make & takes during the Hawaii Incentive trip!  The tri-fold card has been every one's favorite and the most asked about card I have on display.  It is my favorite style EASY! "looks like you fussed".  It is a very easy card to make just start with a  6" x 12" piece of cardstock and designer series paper.   With your cardstock in landscape position score at 3", 6", 9".

I can't stop creating with My Digital Studio!  Last night I created my first card.  I don't ever see this replacing the wonderful hand stamped cards that I make, but I love the fact that I can design the card on my computer before I stamp it.  Changing the layouts and seeing how it looks before I actually stamp it.  No more wasted cardstock, how cool is that?

Here is my first card design!

Stampin’ Up!’s award-winning artwork, colors, and accessories available in digital format via My Digital Studio

I can not tell you how excited I am about My Digital Studio.  I can't stop playing with it.  It is an easy-to-use, software-based design studio featuring thousands of Stampin’ Up!’s award-winning images, colors, and accessories.  Here is one of the 8 1/2 x 11 pages I created yesterday.

Extremely intuitive, My Digital Studio allows crafters of all skill levels to easily navigate the program and design their own digital project or use hundreds of templates to create professionally designed cards, photo albums, scrapbooks, and more.  New artwork and templates will be available on a regular basis for download via My Websites Online Store. In addition, My Digital Studio will offer professional print services where You  can purchase bound photo albums, cards, individual scrapbook pages, and calendars.

“I love the way My Digital Studio combines what Stampin’ Up! is known for—exclusive images, terrific color coordination and inspiring project ideas—and offers it in a digital format,” said Shelli Gardner, Stampin’ Up! cofounder and CEO. “This will make it easier than ever before to scrapbook or create other paper crafting projects while still ensuring that your end result looks great!”

The design studio offers perfect coordination when embellishing digital output products with traditional Stampin’ Up! embellishments, as well. Users can produce exquisite, multi-dimensional projects that marry the ease of digital with the beauty of handcrafted projects, creating what are known as hybrid projects.

My Digital Studio is an extension to, not a replacement of the traditional paper crafting products. Stampin’ Up! will continue to deliver innovative products to its customers and demonstrators via the traditional format.

I will be hosting a My Digital Studio workshop to show-off the product and offer hands-on support.

Tuesday September 29, at 6:30 PM

Always in a hurry when making a card for a personal even? Me too!  I never seem to think of it until we are going out the door.  Maybe that is why so many of my cards are simple.  I like to have them look like I fussed, but quick and easy,  much like my cooking (smiling).  Everything is quick and easy with the Big Shot and punches!

I wanted to share some stampin' friends with you.   Some of these wonderful women have been hosting and attending workshops since I first started 11 years ago.   Some of these women didn't know each other in the beginning, but by attending workshops & classes they have formed life long friendships beyond stamping.  Through cancer treatments, illnesses, hard times, illnesses of spouses and much more they are there for one another.

My customers have also been the greatest support in the trials of life and also help celebrate the joys in our life…the greatest being our children moving back to MN and the arrival of our two incredible Granddaughters.
