Are you a punch addict? Can't get enough, have enough or use enough.  Any card design can become a WOW just by adding a punch.  Here is another way to use the cool Stampin' Up! exclusive Scallop Edge punch.

The piece that is punched is 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" square.  Just place your punch in the center on each side using the handy guide lines on the punch and punch.  There you have it – that simple.

This would be a quick and easy Christmas Card to make plus no bulk.  Looks like you fussed.

01 Scallop copy

Another using the Upsy Daisy set that many of you purchased during the great "Never seen before" Promotion.

02 Scallop (2) copy

Don't forget to check out the Birthday Promotion running this through October.  Only a few days left!

I was so excited to be asked by SU to present a WOW Demonstration at the Sioux Falls, Regional Seminar today.  At regionals - Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from across the United States and Canada enjoy stamping, swapping, creative demonstrations and business ideas.  The stress of trying to WOW your piers can be stressful.  As with most of my stampin, this is not my original idea, I was inspired by Sheryl Dickinson, Stampin' Up! demonstrators blog, I can't stop making boxes Sheryl, thanks so much for sharing!

The wonderful scallop envelope die for the Sizzix Big Shot, is much more than a tiny envelope.

Start by cutting out 4 scallop envelope with the Big Shot!

03 envelope copy

Connect the 4 envelopes together to create a box using sticky strip, decorate your boxes as you wish.

05 fourconnected copy

You can use your boxes for all kinds of occasions.  Leaving some flaps up…

Candlebox

Tuck all kinds of little gifts in your box including our great little 3 x 3 cards.  Check back on Monday for all four 3 x 3 gift designs…

Pacificpointcards

Want a smaller box?  Use two envelopes with a 1 1/2" side…

049 copy

Lets add a little top for our Box.  Create the bottom first just like the previous boxes.  Then you will cut out just the top 1/2 of the scallop envelope Die (shown below)  You will need 4 of these.

Flap

Cut off the tabs on the side as shown below…

Flapsidecuts

Then attach one on each side of a piece of card stock cut 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"  square…

Firstflap

Fourflaps

Then attach a piece of Designer Series paper 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" to the top and embellish as you wish.  I attached the ribbon around the box with sticky strip to hold the top flaps together.

I just can't get enough of the new in colors… and the Pacific Point is a favorite!  This will be an awesome color for scrapping our Stampin' Up! incentive trip to Hawaii in March!

Once you start to make these great boxes you won't be able to stop.  Just think of all the great little gifts you could stick into these awesome boxes for the Holidays!

HOSTESS APPRECIATION

I am a bit behind on my event news, better late then never.  In September I held my 10th Annual Hostess Appreciation and also celebrated my 10th anniversary as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  I really enjoy pampering my hostesses and also planning for this very special night.  We enjoyed good food, fun stamping and awards.

A special award I gave out this year was to Cindy Frederick, She has hostessed a workshop each year for the past 10 years with me.  How amazing is that!  Thanks so much Cindy — She was awarded the Happiness Always Level 3 Hostess set as a gift.
