Chipboard Sample I had fun playing with Stampin' Up On Board Chipboard today.  It is always fun to try and come up with some new ideas.  Can't get enough of the "Always" Stamp Set.  Selecting colors was easy with the In-Color Combo Chart, I choose Pale Plum, Old Olive, Purely Pomegranate.

Since I put away my sewing machine years ago but love the look of the stitching on cards, I just pulled out my All in a Row Stamp Set a little Craft Whisper White Ink and magic "zig zag".  No tension to fuss with no thread to ball up under my needle and it looks very real!

Stampin'Up! On Board Chipboard collection offers a fun and easy way to embellish projects create custom greetings and decorate scrapbook pages.  There are so many fun ways to use chipboard! You can attach our Designer Series paper or card stock to it, stamp on it with Craft Stampin' Pads, or even use it plain!  In this card I added a touch of sparkle to the small chipboard heart with our Heat & Stick powder & Glitter. You’ll love the gorgeous bright bold colors. Click here for complete details of the glitter available.

You can dye Dazzling Diamonds to coordinate with any Stampin’ Up! color.
Here’s how:

  1. Add one drop of Classic ink refill and a few drops of water to an empty Stack & Store container.
  2. Add about ½ teaspoon of Dazzling Diamonds and mix. Continue adding glitter until all the dye is absorbed.
  3. The glitter will become fluffy as it absorbs the dye. Continue to mix glitter until it sparkles.
  4. The dyed glitter will stay fluffy but the color will reflect off the glitter, so all you see is colored sparkles.

Add a little glitz and glimmer to your project using the Heat & Stick Powder and Stampin’ Glitter.

  1. After stamping with Craft or VersaMark ink, pour Heat & Stick powder liberally over your design.
  2. Shake off excess powder onto a Powder Pal tray, and pour it back into the bottle. Heat the stamped image with a heat tool just until the powder changes to a shiny liquid.
  3. Quickly sprinkle glitter over the sticky powder.
  4. Shake off excess.
  5. Heat again briefly to set the glitter.
