This week, millions of romantics–and even some who aren’t–will celebrate Valentine’s Day, a special holiday set aside to express love for special people in our lives. We send an estimated 1 billion cards on this holiday, to remind those around us that they are loved.

Valentine’s Day is even more special when you send those special people in your lives handmade expression of love.  With all the commercialism handmade valentines are becoming the exception rather than the rule. This only means that hand-stamped cards become even more treasured by those who receive them.

Nothing matters more in our lives than relationships, and I encourage you to take a moment this week and send Valentine’s greetings to those you love.

I belong to a wonderful group of Stampin’Up! Demonstrators on a group called SUDSOL (Stampin’Up! Demonstrators Sharing Online).  No matter if you are a career demonstrator of personal use demonstrator this group can help you with creative ideas, business ideas and more. 

Each week they have a design challenge and this is the first time I have taken the challenge, since most of my worked it cased in one form or another.  I had a little time today to do some stamping for fun so thought I would give it a try.   

The mission was Masculine using at least one in  color using our own choice of stamps, color combo and embellishments.   I used my new On the Fly stamp set.  As a SU demonstrator we enjoy a monthly magazine called Stampin’Success and each edition there are stamping ideas and templates.  I used the template from the February issue for this project.
